Each day will consist of two classes dedicated to yoga and breathwork. Our morning yoga practice will consist of mediation, breath work and a steady & soulful Vinyasa Flow. Our afternoon yoga practice will be a nourishing mixture of Slow Flow & restorative. If you have practiced with Nicole Cronin before, you know she will weave in a myriad of themes including physical and energetic alignment, yogic philosophy and maybe a dance party or two.

Marlene will offer a few (optional) sessions dedicated to pelvic floor education. Marlene’s approach is grounded in nervous system and somatic awareness - she will offer practices to support the pelvic floor which allow for increased circulation, energy, relaxation, optimal function and strength. Marlene truly brings joy and presence to all she offers.
