At The Lifted Lotus, our approach to Pilates is rooted in care, connection, deep intention, and evidence based practice. Our one-on-one clinical sessions are uniquely designed to support your pelvic floor, ease pain, improve posture, and help you feel more stronger in your body. 

Offered both as a stand-alone practice or in collaboration with pelvic floor therapy, Pilates is a powerful way to support healing and agility. When paired with therapy, it can also help speed up recovery time and improve long-term outcomes.

Each session is uniquely tailored to you. After a detailed movement assessment and a conversation about your personal goals, we’ll create a plan that helps you gradually increase strength, confidence, and ease of movement. While we’re happy to find a rhythm that works for your life, consistent practice (ideally once a week) helps reinforce muscle memory and creates a strong foundation for progress.

You’ll be supported by an instructor with advanced training and a compassionate eye. Certified through Polestar Pilates and the National Pilates Certification Program, your instructor also holds additional training in pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, Pilates for neurological conditions, and midlife bone and joint health. Sessions will draw from classical Pilates, corrective exercise, somatic movement, and the fluid intelligence of modern dance.

From someone brand new to movement to a seasoned athlete, Pilates at The Lifted Lotus is designed to support you, challenge you, and help you become the most empowered version of yourself.

The pelvic floor is often overlooked in traditional fitness classes, yet it plays a crucial role in how we move and feel. In our private Pilates sessions, we combine traditional reformer, tower, and mat work with pelvic floor education and corrective exercise to support you through every stage of life.

Each session is 1:1 and tailored to your specific needs and goals, sessions are 50 minutes long and have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
